Cancellation policy
If cancelled 60 days or more before arrival, we will refund the full deposit.
If cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, we will refund 50% of the deposit.
If you cancel your stay 30 days or less before arrival, the entire deposit is non-refundable.

The apartment is very conveniently located, five minutes walk from the beach, close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It has parking, which makes the stay easier, since it is more difficult to park in the area, as it is a blue zone. There is air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms. The living room and spacious bedroom, in our case we felt quite comfortable. In general, we liked it and will keep it in mind for future holidays

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, in perfect condition, with all the necessary items. The location is ideal 3 minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants, the area is quiet and there are many places to go with children. Perfect beds and good mattresses. And Jose, a friendly person who is flexible and willing to solve any problem that arises. There is no doubt that we will repeat the apartment.
